Featured in "More PEZ for Collectors" by Richard Geary, this is a baseball card size "peel-off" sticker featuring a President George Bush "PREZ" dispenser coughing out broccoli. (Some of us may remember George Bush publically declaring his dislike for broccoli, plus his 'indiscretion' at a Japanese dinner function.) This card was number 18 of 48 different "Wacky Packages" collectors cards produced in 1992 by the O-PEE-CHEE Company and The Topps Company.

Each card comes in a protective inner sleeve and a second, hard plastic sleeve.
